Vehicle Workshop and Transport Foreman

Our client, a well-established agri company, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Workshop and Transport Foreman to join its engineering team in Grabouw.
The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operation of the vehicle workshop, manage preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, coordinate transport-related activities and ensure that the company’s fleet remains safe, reliable and operational.
This role is suited to a qualified diesel mechanic with strong technical knowledge, proven supervisory experience and the ability to manage a busy workshop efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules to minimise breakdowns and downtime.


• Ensure that vehicle breakdowns are attended to promptly.
