Direct activities of the Motor Pool area. Responsible for overseeing the assessment, preparation, inspection, dispatch, maintenance, repair & disposal of all the plant equipment & machineries.

Ensures work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and performs the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications related to vehicle maintenance or fleet management are a plus (e.g., ASE certifications, or local certifications from TESDA).

2. Experience:

• At least 2–5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or automotive repair.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Computer literate
• Well versed in Automotive Maintenance Program
