Vendor and Contract Analyst

**Key Accountabilities:**

+ SupporttheGlobal DataTechnology(GDT)portfolio of contracts, including new agreements, amendments, and renewals of existing agreements

+ Supportannual softwarerenewals,forecasting,invoicing, and purchase orders

+ Supporttheappropriateprocurementactivitytosubmitand manageintake requestpost triage

+ Supportinvoice processingfor GDTleveragingexisting tools andshared services at Manulife

+ Develop andmaintainstandard operating procedures and documentation forGDTvendor management processes

+ Work withsoftwaresupportteams andkey stakeholderstoown andmaintainsoftwareplatformusersand assettracking tools

+ Create, own, andmaintainsoftware chargeback models to provide monthly cost allocations for Finance and business stakeholders

+ Prepare related reporting and analysis as needed, includingactive software contracts, licensing reviews and spend analysis
