**Job Description Summary:**

The Vendor Compliance Specialist role will be member of Customer/Partner due diligence response team at Rocket Software. This role would be required to respond to prospective/existing customers and partners requesting information on our business, legal, finance, systems, IT risk & control practices as well as general company / product information to help set Rocket as a vendor in Customer records.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** :

+ Perform triage to identify response needs: timing, subject matter experts needed, impact, and completeness of response.
+ Track new requests and manage process for pending requests to meet deadlines.
+ Search approved assets for responses, update responses and gather and store new assets as necessary.
