Position Purpose:
-The Vendor Manager is responsible for ensuring that local vendors and their staff are overseen, qualified and able to deliver according to the local service agreements and respecting local employment law regarding the appropriate degree of oversight of local vendors and their staff (co-employment law).

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Perform Vendor Oversight:
- Provide local vendor with the projected country requirements to ensure staff are available when needed; escalate to Regional Vendor Manager when needs are not met.
- Seek and measure internal and external stakeholder customer satisfaction with local CRO service levels and implement appropriate escalation and resolution as needed.
