**Purpose**

Manage the overall process of external technology contractor services in GBS, this includes recruiting and
going through onboarding, supplier payment, accruals, billing, offboarding, managing the relation with the vendors and leading the contractors team. Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of contractors and financial information of the process, in compliance with current regulation and Scotiabank policies and procedures.
