Role Summary

Own end-to-end vendor partnerships and outsourced delivery for data-annotation programs in the Philippines, covering audio and LLM workstreams. Lead vendor selection, commercials, rapid ramp-up, and ongoing governance to achieve quality, SLA, security, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a Philippines vendor network; maintain an up-to-date view of sites, talent pools, capacity, and capabilities.
• Lead RFP/RFQ processes end-to-end (requirements, Q&A, scorecards, shortlisting, negotiations, and award recommendations).
• Negotiate rate cards and operating terms (SLA, credits/penalties, payment terms, ramp commitments); manage change control with Legal.
• Plan and execute rapid ramps under tight timelines (hiring, training, tooling access, QA readiness, security setup, go-live gating).
