Job Description

Main Duties
The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership for this role:
Work with the client and other project managers to coordinate AI training efforts and schedule resources for multiple projects.
In coordination with Project Lead, meet with the client to discuss and clarify briefs, policies and requests, deadlines, resource planning and allocation.
Collaborate with project managers, testers and producers to keep testing schedules on track.
Establish and maintain reliable internal tracking process to oversee attendance, schedules and performance as well as monitor the workload of testers/reviewers in different language groups.
Guide AI trainers through transition to Welo Data, serving as the primary contact and escort for trainers while onsite at client facility.
Manage onboarding procedures for new AI trainers.
