Vendor promotion (Bilingue )

Responsible for the scheduling, tracking and reporting of all U.S. vendor promotions activities at PriceSmart locations in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Vendor Promotions Manager in performing related duties such as developing monthly budgets by department/country; tracking & reporting of promotional activities, coordinating events, and enforcing systems, etc.
• Prepare, send, and/or receive vendor commitments for promotional activities, review in-country quantities and availability by location for promotion performance.
• Prepare and maintain promotional campaigns for promotional programs such as Manufacturer Savings, Demo, End Caps, Digital Marketing, etc.
• Audit promotions readiness. Regularly communicate with all Buyers and Assistant Buyers to ensure performance of scheduled activities.
