Vendor Relations Specialist

Job Description
The Domestic Services Incharge manages all day-to-day domestic staffing operations within their assigned city. This role is responsible for sourcing domestic help through vetted vendors, verifying profiles, coordinating placements, tracking attendance, arranging replacements, and resolving operational issues for domestic staff deployed to Mohsyn customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. City-Level Domestic Staff Sourcing & Placement
Identify domestic staffing vendors in the city and maintain active working relationships.
Conduct initial screening and filtering of candidate profiles before sharing with Solutions Analysts.
Ensure candidates meet Mohsyn's quality, reliability, and conduct standards.
Arrange timely replacements or backups in cases of no-shows, absences, or mismatches.
Maintain a city-specific pool of alternative resources for fast deployment.
