• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors while serving as the primary point of accountability and escalation.


• Define, monitor, and manage vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.


• Oversee vendor contracts across their lifecycle to ensure commercial compliance, value realization, and effective renewals or amendments.
