Ventilation Project Manager

An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Ventilation Project Manager to take full commercial and operational control of projects from pre‑construction through to final account.

This is a senior delivery role requiring strong commercial awareness, technical understanding and the ability to manage multiple live contracts concurrently.

The Role

You will assume full responsibility for projects up to £1.5m, ensuring programme, cost, quality and client expectations are met at every stage.

Key Duties Include

• End‑to‑end management of ventilation projects
• Commercial oversight, including cost control and financial performance
• Submission of monthly valuations and payment applications
• Pricing and managing variations with full change control substantiation
• Coordination of clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
• Monitoring programme and mitigating delivery risk
