As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in Vention’s hybrid Customer Success team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing customer engagements, conducting proactive outreach, and streamlining their experiences with our AI-powered platform. Work collaboratively from 4 PM until midnight, with dedicated on-call hours for urgent troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
