About this role

You will help improve AI reasoning in venture capital by contributing your investment experience to a structured research project covering deal sourcing, founder evaluation, market sizing, term sheet negotiation, and portfolio construction across stages and sectors.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of venture capital investing experience at a top-tier VC fund (e.g., Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, Index Ventures, Lightspeed, Benchmark, Greylock, General Catalyst, NEA, Bessemer, Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund)
• Principal or Partner level; industry agnostic
• Deep experience evaluating early‑stage (Seed/Series A) or growth‑stage (Series B+) investments
