Venture Growth Lead

This is an exciting individual contributor role that requires exceptional collaboration and coordination skills and business acumen. You will partner closely with Product Management, Tech, Venture Builder HQ Team, Marketing, and Brand teams in HQ to help your Venture to grow. As a Venture Growth Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing the go‑to‑market (GTM) and growth strategy for new ventures across our portfolio. You will own the P&L , taking accountability for traction, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

This is an onsite role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership: you’ll coordinate across internal studio departments (brand, product, sales, ops, tech) while personally building and testing growth initiatives. You will act as the growth co‑founder for the ventures you lead.
