About the role
We're hiring a Venture Operator to take real ownership of two growing businesses:
Piii Eatery (F&B)
Haesol – Scalp Wellness Centre
This role is for someone who wants to operate like a founder, without needing to start from zero.
The brands exist. The customers are there. The direction is clear.
What's missing is a single person whose job is to wake up every day and push the business forward.
You'll have the trust, autonomy, and responsibility to turn ideas into action, fix what's broken, and build what's next — without being micromanaged.
This is not a corporate management role.
This is for someone who wants to run a business, make decisions, and see direct results from their work.
