The Role
We are looking for a Venture Partner to work alongside us in building and capitalizing Aether's portfolio.
This is not an advisory badge.
This is not a passive board seat.
This is a hands-on strategic capital role.
You will focus primarily on:
• Structuring capital strategy across studio projects
• Attracting aligned investors (angel, family office, institutional, strategic)
• Shaping funding rounds, deal terms, and capital stack architecture
• Leveraging your network to accelerate capital formation
• Stress-testing financial models and allocation logic
