Venue Manager - Sales & Operations

Avanté Conventions is looking for a smart, presentable and driven Venue Manager – Sales & Operations  to manage client enquiries, venue sales, event coordination and day-to-day operational readiness.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands hospitality, events and client servicing - and can take ownership from the first enquiry to successful event completion.

• Handle enquiries for weddings, social events, corporate events and celebrations
• Conduct venue walkthroughs and client meetings
• Prepare quotations, proposals and booking follow-ups
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with decorators, caterers, planners and vendors
• Ensure venue readiness before every event
• Supervise event setup, execution and post-event closure
• Coordinate with housekeeping, security and maintenance teams
