Job Description

In this short-term assignment, the Maintenance Manager will direct comprehensive maintenance efforts, from developing foundational procedures to engaging in hands-on equipment commissioning. You're expected to strategize safety audits and departmental coordination while championing a culture of compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize needed O&M manuals and maintenance documents
• Attend commissioning events and identify deficiencies
• Manage safety compliance for regulated equipment
• Direct maintenance teams to optimize facility uptime
• Handle budget evaluations for unscheduled repairs
Requirements:
• Engineering or Maintenance Management degree
