We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Verification of Benefits (VOB) Specialist to join our on-site team at Tariq Road, PECHS Block 2. This role supports US-based healthcare practices and is essential for ensuring accurate insurance verification, reducing denials, and maintaining clear financial communication before services are rendered.
Key Responsibilities
Verify patient eligibility and active insurance coverage (primary & secondary)
Obtain and document complete benefit details, including:
Copays
Deductibles (individual & family)
Coinsurance
Out-of-pocket maximums
Covered and non-covered services
Identify prior authorization, referral, and PCP requirements
Verify specialty-specific benefits, including mental health, psychiatry, and telehealth services
