benefitconfirmations.Thispositionrequiresahighlevelofaccuracy,attentiontodetail,andstrong 
communicationskills. 
KeyResponsibilities Contactinsurancecompaniesviaphoneandonlineportalstoconfirmeligibility,coveragedetails, deductibles,co-pays,co-insurance,andauthorizationrequirements. 
Work closely with billing, credentialing, and pre-authorization teams to ensure seamless RCM operations. 
MaintainconfidentialityofpatientandinsuranceinformationincompliancewithHIPAAguidelines. 
Qualifications Bachelor’sdegreepreferred(Business,Healthcare,orrelatedfield).
