We are looking for a highly talented individual to join as Verification Specialist in the Employment Background Screening (EBS) department.

A Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effective, accurate, and comprehensive employment background screening process and results. This position will report directly to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening verification of information through comprehensive online media resources, emailing resources, and databases.
• Engage in phone conversations with university and company representatives.
• Conduct phone interviews with references.
• Interview resources on pretext to gather deeper information.
• Analyze the information obtained.
• Perform media search analysis with depth.
• Write comprehensive reports.
