Verification/collections Agent

MUST BE LOCATED IN NOGALES, SON, MX
We are looking to expand and hire ENGLISH speaking agents. You will be dialing customers that have both orders in process and outstanding balances with the company. The position is also responsible for general billing questions and providing excellent customer service. Strong attention to detail is a requirement.
In-Office Position
