What you'll be doing

1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and chat channels
2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
3. Provide accurate information about our products and services
4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
5. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for
