Job Description
SPECIFICATION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directs and supervises the Department Heads under the Division
Participates actively in the preparation of the budget.
Coordinates with Consultant in the preparation of the Financial Projections for CPC applications.
Responsible in the implementation of the approved water rates for each project.
Attends hearing with the National Water Resources Board (NWRB) for CPC applications.
Reviews and signs all communications, contracts and other documents of the division.
Reviews and evaluates flow process system of the Division.
Recommends procedure that will improve the quality of service to all those being catered by the Division.
Reviews and evaluates the accomplishment reports of the Division.
Coordinates with various Divisions relative to the transactions handled by this Division...
