Vertical Solution Expert

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution expert for ICT offerings, with foundational knowledge across networking (router/switch/Wi‑Fi), IT infrastructure (storage/server), and integrated solutions.
• Develop market and customer insights to shape sales strategies and solution positioning.
• Understand customer requirements and design fit‑for‑purpose solutions for projects and tenders.
• Achieve sales targets, sustain revenue growth, and recommend initiatives to expand account value.
• Support planning and execution of key industry marketing activities; engage senior stakeholders on solution opportunities and build industry influence.
• Develop and manage high‑value relationships with key customers.
