Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture)

Our client, an established energy and commodities organization with a strong regional presence across Asia, involved in the sourcing and sales of refined energy and chemical products, is currently seeking a Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture) to support their shipping execution and chartering activities across the regional market.

As part of a 5-man team, the Vessel Operations Executive (Post-Fixture) will support the end‑to‑end execution and control of post‑fixture voyage activities, ensuring all voyages are performed in accordance with Charter Party (C/P) terms and commercial objectives. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will manage voyage documentation, freight processing and settlement activities including laytime and demurrage calculations.
