Shipboard Duties & Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Master on duty
• Responsible for canteen services ( food & beverages)
• Prepare and submit Sales Reports to Trade and Marketing Lead on a daily, weekly , monthly, quarterly or as needed.
• Monitor and conducts inventory of canteen supplies.
• Greet and accommodate the passengers.
• Announce reminders and safety procedures during departure and arrival of the destination.
• Assist cleanliness of the vessel.
• Assist passenger's complaints and concerns onboard vessel.

Qualifications:

• Any four year / associate course
• Experience in similar role is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills.
• With complete training certificates as approved by MARINA: Seaman's Book, Basic Safety Training ( BT), Crowd Crisis Management Certificate & Yellow Card
