Veterinary Client Care Advisor (Maternity Cover)

**Job Title** : Client Care Advisor

**Salary** : £26,701 per annum (FTE)

**Location** : 608 Vets, Solihull

**Job Type** : Fixed-term contract until July 2027

**Hours:** 29.25 hours per week on average

**Shifts:** Mon & Tues 8am - 7pm and Thurs 8am - 5pm, plus 1:4 Saturdays 8am - 1pm

**Your role and responsibilities**

The role requires a caring, confident and mature approach to all aspects of veterinary practice and client care.
You will be vital in maintaining the high standards expected throughout our exceptional team.
You will work closely with the Client Care Manager to deliver an outstanding experience for clients and visitors. An essential aspect of this role is to maintain a positive and friendly attitude.
