WellHaven Pet Health is seeking a high-performing Full‑Cycle DVM Recruiter to join our growing Talent Team. This role is purpose-built for a recruiter who thrives in multi‑site veterinary organizations and understands the urgency, precision, and relationship required to successfully place licensed veterinarians in competitive markets.

This position is primarily remote, working from your home office, with periodic travel for meetings, conferences, engagement, and industry events.

As we continue expanding across our current markets (Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, and Minnesota), this recruiting role directly impacts hospital performance, provider capacity, and enterprise growth through strategic DVM placement.
