Veterinary Recruiting Sourcing Specialist

**BluePearl Pet Hospital** **is hiring a Recruiting Sourcing Specialist.** This role is ideal for someone who excels at proactively engaging passive candidates and building strong talent pipelines for our both DVM and Non-DVM openings. Candidates should live locally to our Support Center in Tampa, FL.

+ Focused but not limited to veterinarians, leadership, practice managers, veterinary technicians. Utilizes various sourcing techniques to identify
+ Conducts proactive searches to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
+ Will primarily interface with talent acquisition and business leaders
+ Engages with potential candidates to introduce them to career opportunities at BluePearl Pet Hospital and establish a positive rapport.
