Veterinary Technician Team Coordinator
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia
Department: Emergency
Compensation: $ to $ per hour, depending on skills and experience.
Reports to: Assistant General Manager and General Manager
The role of ER RVT Team Coordinator will support, lead, and direct team members professionally and kindly while recognizing the responsibilities involved in responding to client and co-worker questions. The ER RVT Team Coordinator will also work closely with the hospital’s Leadership team to promote a positive hospital image and continuously work towards betterment of the whole hospital.
Leadership duties:
Direct involvement in onboarding, orientation and training for new RVTs/VTAs in ER dept. Provides clear training objectives and timelines for acquiring skills.
