Vetting and Screening

We are looking for a Vetting & Screening Partner to support our Guarding and Events division by ensuring all security personnel are fully compliant and ready for deployment. You will manage the screening and vetting process in line with BS7858, ACS standards, and company policies, ensuring all checks are completed accurately and on time.

Working closely with Operations and Resourcing, you will provide efficient administrative support and deliver a smooth, professional candidate experience. Your work directly supports operational delivery, client confidence, and the highest standards of safety and compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with Guarding and Events operational teams to ensure vetting and screening activity aligns with deployment requirements.
• Ensure all new hires within Guarding and Events complete the required documentation, including right‑to‑work checks, SIA licence verification, and full BS7858 screening.
