1.督導轄下多媒體行銷人員落實作業準則，銷售前KYC評估，確認銷售商品適妥性，銷售流程控管、售後服務、風險點評估訓練及協調銷售爭議案件。 
2.日常演練銷售技巧，對於轄下多媒體行銷人員進行培訓輔導，提高績效目標達成率。 
3.依公司政策妥善分配客戶資源，定期追蹤業務活動量與績效。 
4.促成團隊合作達成年度目標。工作內容: 
1. Team業績目標設定與管理
2. VFA人力招募與定著
3. VFA銷售品質的控管
4. 輔導VFA銷售技巧與銷售流程
5. 出勤及活動量管理
需求條件:
- 大學（大專）以上學歷，具人身保險業務員資格且具投資型或外幣保單銷售資格
- 具理財型商品銷售經驗至少兩年以上
- 具面銷經驗至少兩年以上
- 金融保險業相關業務管理經驗至少三年以上
