VFX Artist

Together with the team that built 8 Ball Pool and Pool Masters, we are looking for a creative and technical VFX Artist to join us in developing a pool/billiards game.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating more life to the game to make it feel more responsive and interactive

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Effects: Design and implement high-quality visual effects (particle systems, shaders, and textures) that align with the game's art style.
• Pool Physics Visuals: Develop specialized effects for billiard gameplay, including ball collisions, pocketing sequences, power-up cues, and table ambient effects.
• Optimization: Ensure all VFX and animations are highly optimized for mobile devices and meet Netflix's performance standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Team and Developers to integrate assets into the game engine (Unity) and troubleshoot implementation issues.
