VI Senior Back End Engineer at Qualifinds®

Job Objective: The Senior Back End Engineer will play a critical role in building the core of our product . This position owns the backend architecture, core systems, and platform evolution, ensuring everything is scalable, modular, and enterprise-ready. Working closely with the CEO and CTO , this role turns ideas into production-ready solutions, helps define the company’s technical DNA, and ships high-impact features at speed. The engineer will design and develop the AI orchestration engine that converts natural-language inputs into executable workflows, as well as build and maintain robust integrations with key enterprise tools. Beyond execution, this role contributes to setting engineering standards, defining best practices, and collaborating directly with customers to ensure successful implementations and continuous product improvement.
