The Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration is the chief financial officer for Arkansas State University Newport, reports to the Chancellor and is responsible for the following areas of College operations; finance and accounting; purchasing and contracting; physical plant operations and facilities planning; budget planning, preparation and control; human resources; campus information technology; security services; and bookstore and food services operations. This role is also responsible for promoting transparency and shared understanding in all financial matters, indluding leading a budgeting process that is colloborate, data informed, and clearly communicated across the institution.
