**Job Summary:**

Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA has an opportunity available for an experienced CRNA to join our team as a Vice Chief. This role will partner with the Chief CRNA to lead and supervise a dedicated group of anesthesia professionals, align facility goals with divisional objectives, and ensure optimal patient care delivery. Johnston-Willis Hospital offer a diverse case mix of Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, Ortho, Urology, GYN, GI & General cases.

**Qualifications:**

+ Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization.
+ 5 years of leadership experience in a large facility, including at least 1 year of change-management experience, strongly preferred.
+ Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program required.
