QUALIFICATION

• Tertiary qualification in a related Engineering field
• Business Management/Leadership qualification

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 10 years’ operational experience with extensive international mineral processing experience.
• At least 10 years leadership experience managing multi-country operations in the Americas.
• A proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering operational performance. Note: Extensive travel is required for this position.
• Strong problem solving, decision making, communication, negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
• Strong networks in the mining and minerals processing industry.
