The Opportunity
Broadview is a federal credit union serving over 500,000 members across New York. We are building our first dedicated AI function from the ground up, and this role leads it. You will not inherit a team, a backlog, or someone else’s roadmap. You will define the strategy, set the standards, hire the builders, and own the outcomes.

You report to the CIO.

What You’ll Own

AI Strategy & Governance
+ Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap, aligned to credit union business objectives across lending, member services, risk, and operations.
+ Establish the AI governance framework: model risk management, responsible AI principles, bias monitoring, and regulatory alignment (NCUA, CFPB, state AG expectations).
