About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Asset Servicing Corporate Actions Vice President to lead day-to-day operations supporting Wealth Management. This role oversees end-to-end corporate actions and class actions processing, people leadership, risk management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and manage daily operations of the Asset Servicing / Corporate Actions team
•Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate actions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
•Manage class actions processing from initiation through resolution
