Vice President/ Assistant Vice President

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President/ Assistant Vice President - Finance to join our Group Controller / Financial Accounting team. This senior leadership role will oversee group consolidation and financial reporting, and tax compliance across Genting Berhad and its subsidiaries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making at the Group level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Group Controller / Financial Accounting Section for Genting Berhad Group.
Oversee group consolidation and financial reporting, including quarterly announcements to Bursa Malaysia, statutory audited financial statements, and integrated annual reports.
Ensure tax compliance within the Genting Berhad Group including country-by-country reporting, transfer pricing documentation, sales & service tax, goods and services tax and value-added tax.
