Job Description

 Location: Taipei, also open for other countries.(Could travel to Taipei)
 My client is a Taiwan-based company, HQ in Taiwan with subsidiary in the US, with novel first-in-class immuno-oncology portfolio (publicly listed on the Taipei Exchange).
 
 Responsibility:
 Responsible for drug development strategy for both antibodies and antibody-drug candidates.
 Collaborate closely with the Chief Science Officer to craft a strategic roadmap for advancing the next generation of candidates.
 Identify promising targets for antibody development and new target molecular validation.
 Conduct studies to develop into the mechanism of action (MOA), exploring potential interactions with multiple targets. In vitro/in vivo study design for compound screening.
 Execute in vivo studies to evaluate the anti-tumor effectiveness of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) derived from the developed antibody.
