Vice President Commercial Operations

Location: Preferably Netherlands (NL), but open across Europe

This role will be instrumental in scaling market presence, accelerating revenue growth, and shaping commercial excellence across Europe and beyond.

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy across Europe to drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead, inspire, and build high‑performing commercial teams spanning sales, marketing, and business development.
• Identify new market opportunities within genomics, multi‑omics, and adjacent life science technology segments.
• Partner closely with R&D, Product, and Executive Leadership to align commercial priorities with scientific and product innovation.
• Foster strategic partnerships with key accounts, industry stakeholders, and channel partners.
• Represent the organisation at major scientific and industry events.
