About The Role
As the Vice President, Digital Customer Offerings (DCO), you will lead and accelerate our large-scale digitalization and AI based product & service development, for the benefit of our international consumer and enterprise customers' success, driving measurable business value for all key stakeholders.
This is a high-impact Fortum Consumer Solutions Leadership Team role, with full accountability for developing and growing our digital customer offering across Fortum Consumer Solutions, the most popular energy solutions provider for consumers and SMEs in the Nordics, and the leading challenger in Poland. You will create a long-term strategic plan, while ensuring short-term execution excellence. The scope combines business transformation, commercial service and product development leadership, and technology excellence.
