Vice President, Entertainment

The Vice President (VP), Entertainment is a strategic and creative leader who is responsible for shaping, developing, and delivering world‑class entertainment experiences across the resort. This role oversees the full entertainment ecosystem, including creative development, producing, directing, technical operations, stage management, costuming, and performance operations. The VP leads multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all entertainment offerings - shows, attractions, immersive experiences, characters, events, and destination programs - are innovative, operationally excellent, financially sustainable, and aligned with the brand vision.
