Vice President Finance

As the Finance Senior Cluster Leader, you will own the full end-to-end F&A domain, leading multiple clusters. You will provide domain leadership across OTC, PTP, AR/AP, and General Accounting, drive best practices, and ensure scalable, high-performance delivery.
This role requires large-scale people leadership (1,000+ FTEs), strong finance domain depth, and the ability to stabilize, transform, and grow complex multi-account operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the entire Finance & Accounting (F&A) function end-to-end
Manage 1,000+ FTEs across India, the Philippines, and the US
Oversee multiple clusters, with Cluster Leaders handling ~5 accounts per cluster
Provide domain leadership across OTC, PTP, AR/AP, and General Accounting (GA)
Drive best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across Finance operations
Transition and stabilize complex client processes across delivery centers
