Vice President, FP&A

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven VP, FP&A to serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership in an exciting, industry-leading, global business. This role will lead financial planning and analysis across our events and exhibitions business, driving performance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting NEON’s growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic Finance leader, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape business strategy and drive performance across key business units
• Lead and develop the FP&A function, delivering end-to-end financial planning processes including long-term strategy, annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning
