Overview RBC Capital Markets Global Investment Banking is seeking a Vice President to join the Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team in Toronto. Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze the financial needs of clients, including building new and manipulating existing financial models.

Lead M&A and financing transaction structuring and execution, coordinating due diligence, preparing and reviewing analysis, and presenting recommendations to clients and colleagues.

Assist in generating pitch ideas, conducting market and financial research, and leading the development of analysis and presentations.
