Evaluate and analyze client financial needs, building and manipulating financial models. Lead M&A and financing transaction structuring and execution, including due diligence coordination, analysis preparation, and presentation of recommendations. Generate pitch ideas, conduct market and financial research, and develop analysis and presentations. Monitor regulatory and sector themes to anticipate changes affecting clients’ businesses.
